  2. Eligibility for Refunds

    To be eligible for a refund, you must meet all of the following conditions:

    • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item (or within another period if specified in the order) by contacting our Customer Support.
    • Provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).
    • Show that the item is in the same condition you received it: unused, undamaged, with all tags, original packaging intact.
  3. Non Refundable Items

    The following are not eligible for a refund:

    • Perishable goods (plants, seedlings, etc.) once shipped.
    • Customized or made to order items.
    • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling after delivery.
    • Products returned more than 10 days (or your chosen period) after receipt.
  4. Returns & Exchanges
    • If your product is defective, or you received the wrong item, we will cover return shipping costs and provide either a replacement or full refund depending on stock availability.
    • For exchanges or refunds for non defective items, you may need to cover return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
  5. Refund Processing

    Once your return is received and inspected:

    • We will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund.
    • If approved, we will process your refund within 7 14 business days.
    • Refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
    • Please note, bank/credit card processes may have additional time before funds are shown in your account.
  6. Cancellation
    • Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours: in that case you will receive full refund.
    • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Return must follow standard return procedure.
