This policy applies to purchases of products from GRAIN International made via our website.
- Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet all of the following conditions:
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item (or within another period if specified in the order) by contacting our Customer Support.
- Provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).
- Show that the item is in the same condition you received it: unused, undamaged, with all tags, original packaging intact.
- Non Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Perishable goods (plants, seedlings, etc.) once shipped.
- Customized or made to order items.
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling after delivery.
- Products returned more than 10 days (or your chosen period) after receipt.
- Returns & Exchanges
- If your product is defective, or you received the wrong item, we will cover return shipping costs and provide either a replacement or full refund depending on stock availability.
- For exchanges or refunds for non defective items, you may need to cover return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
- Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund.
- If approved, we will process your refund within 7 14 business days.
- Refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
- Please note, bank/credit card processes may have additional time before funds are shown in your account.
- Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours: in that case you will receive full refund.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Return must follow standard return procedure.
- How to Return

- Pack the item securely in original packaging (if possible).
